We build, maintain, and run a wide portfolio of websites worldwide, and our goal is to become the number one online media company globally. By joining our incredible Talent Acquisition & Scaling team you’ll play a meaningful part in helping us achieve this vision.


You will play a pivotal role in the Talent Acquisition & Scaling team, taking ownership of interview coordination across multiple teams in London and Warsaw, managing our Applicant Tracking System and reporting and cultivating relationships with candidates whilst providing them with a fantastic candidate experience. You will also have the opportunity to work on key team wide initiatives, positively impacting our hiring process as we scale.

What we absolutely need you to do:

  • Schedule various types of interviews across all areas of the business, ensuring interviews are scheduled in a timely manner and with relevant interviewers
  • Confirm interviews with candidates, advising them on what to expect and prepare and to own their travel arrangements if required
  • Own and lead on candidate experience and wider ops initiatives, partnering with the TA team and stakeholders across the business to bring projects to fruition
  • Identify ways we can improve our approach, ensuring our candidate experience is exceptional at all times
  • Lead on recruitment tasks such as contract creation, right to work checks, reporting and other ad-hoc tasks

Ticket to play:

  • You are someone who is process driven, detail orientated and able to support end to end hiring process, including scheduling, running job advertising campaigns and assisting with hiring and onboarding
  • You are empathetic and candidate centric, you love the idea of delighting candidates by ensuring a seamless interview process
  • You are a natural problem solver able to manage conflicting calendar priorities between recruiters, hiring managers and candidates
  • You are a strong written and oral communicator and a team player partnering with recruiters and stakeholders alike
  • You are methodical and meticulous and understand the value of managing Applicant Tracking Systems and ensuring the quality of the data input
  • You are keen to grow within Talent Acquisition or People space
