We have an amazing opportunity for a Workplace Support Technician to join our growing team. This is not your traditional service desk and you will have lots of scope to work on new technologies and learn new skills. We're incredibly supportive of helping you grow, which is why we offer an annual £1000 L&D budget to support your development.


This role will be a hybrid setup. We will require the successful candidate to be in the office on a rotation basis with other staff members. This is not a remote role.

What we absolutely need you to do:

  • Diagnose solutions for simple and complex problems
  • Be able to communicate solutions to problems with ease and confidence
  • Have experience with Windows & Mac systems
  • Challenge current ways of doing things and help implement better, more innovative ways to make the tech environment out of this world
  • Provision of new devices in a clean, streamlined manner
  • Ensure that any queries reported via the ticket logging system are responded to and resolved or escalated to other teams promptly
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Be able to work individually as well as in a team
  • Uphold and exemplify our security standard
  • Deploy and implement software updates
  • When you think you are done, make it better

Ticket to play:

  • Legendary organisational, planning and prioritisation skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail
  • First and second line support for our small team and support the growth of our team in our offices and remotely
  • Have experience with Windows and Mac systems (Linux is a plus) as well as various laptop and server hardware
  • Supporting Networking from the core switch/firewall to our Wi-Fi access points
  • A supporting and understanding technologies such as MDM, Azure AD, SSO, LDAP, REST, JAMF, Cisco Network devices, Meraki, Okta, Office 365, Microsoft InTune, bash, and Python, etc. are preferable
  • Supporting On-Prem Active Directory
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, as well as being open to change and helping others to embrace it
  • Be well organised and able to prioritise workload
  • Supreme learning agility in mastering new tools, systems, and processes quickly
  • A love of all things creative and the desire to bring this to life in the office
  • A burning desire to make things more automated, efficient, scalable, and user centric
  • The desire and ability to grow a supportive, talented team around you
