We are seeking a Payroll Specialist to join our Finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing payroll services for a company of 350 employees across UK, Poland, and Spain. You will oversee the monthly payroll process and offer guidance on regulations and policies throughout the company.

This position requires close collaboration with the accounting team and people team. As we continue to expand our business, this role will play a significant role in ensuring safeguarding, control, and compliance.

What you'll be doing:

  • Maintain, Manage and process the UK, Poland, Austrian, Spanish, and Portugal Payroll + EOR.
  • Collaborate with the people team on Benefit/perk management.
  • Develop and enhance payroll processes
  • Contribute to End of year submission of P11d’s, PSA, and BIK submissions.
  • Liaise with HMRC, Accounting partner to update and monitor statutory changes. Partner with the team to monitor impact and risk.

You'll have:

  • Multi-country International payroll and familiarity with relevant guidance on Employer of Record, Contractor & employee status.
  • Extensive systems management experience.
  • Experience with Salary sacrifice and tax implications on benefits
  • Previously developed and implemented payroll policy and process.
