Will you be part of our journey?

What we absolutely need you to do:

  • Be the primary finance partner for the GM of a leading business unit and sit within the respective business unit leadership team 
  • Manage the budgeting and regular forecasting activities for respective business unit including the forecasting model  
  • Ownership of weekly, monthly and seasonal financial reporting with associated commentary where necessary
  • Develop deep understanding of underlying drivers of business performance and use that knowledge to help identify opportunities and mitigate risks
  • Support business decision making to maximise EBITDA through strong analysis and actionable insight
  • Maintain relationships across a wide range of stakeholders across data, finance ops, marketing, strategy and people as well as occasional C-suite exposure
  • Provide M&A support where necessary for respective business unit
  • Support FP&A processes, data and system improvements as the team expands 
  • Ad hoc support for commercial projects and the Head of FP&A

Ticket to play:

  • Qualified accountant (CIMA/ACA or equivalent) with 2-3 years PQE
  • Experience in tech scale-ups or gaming a bonus
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail
  • Experience of analysing and modelling strategic options/scenarios  
  • Excellent excel, modelling and presentation skills   
  • Ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the business
  • Strong communication skills with ability to convey financial information to non-financial stakeholders effectively
  • Desire to ‘win as one’ and be part of a newly-formed team that is scaling up
